4th Tuesdays of every month (except December)
7:00-8:00pm
$25 per session. Pay in advance with the tab below or pay at the door.

Classes are open to all who have a desire to improve their own health and overall well-being, not just patients and family members of Oncology Rehab.

While every month and every class will be different, here are examples of some of the things you can expect to learn about meditation and guided imagery in upcoming monthly meditation classes:
-Physiologic Response to Meditation
Learn meditation and breathing techniques
Learn how your body responds to meditation with reduced stress, and
improved immune function
-Autogenics and Biofeedback
Learn how you can control your body's reaction to stress
-Guided Imagery
Learn to use guided imagery to reduce stress, pain and improve immune
function
-Mindfulness & Mindful Eating
Learn how to bring mindfulness into your meditation practice
Learn techniques to eat mindfully to improve eating habits
